Where We Ship

We ship to all EU, EEA, UK countries and internationally. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the product(s) ordered.

Delivery Times & Shipping Costs

🇩🇪 EU Warehouse (Germany) — Fast Delivery

Products stocked in our EU warehouse ship directly within Europe:

  • Germany: 1–3 business days
  • EU/EEA countries (France, Austria, Spain, Italy, etc.): 3–7 business days
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product weight and destination
  • EU VAT included — VAT ID: DE453000509

🇨🇳 China Warehouse — Standard Delivery

Many of our products ship from our warehouse in China via tracked international courier:

  • EU/EEA countries: 7–21 business days
  • International: 14–30 business days
  • All orders include a tracking number
  • EU/EEA VAT is included in the product price — no surprise charges at delivery (VAT ID: DE453000509)
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product weight and destination

Returns & Free Returns

🟢 30-Day Free Returns

We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

🇪🇺 EU Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, EU customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving any reason.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you (or a third party indicated by you) received the goods.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for supplementary costs arising from your choice of a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
