3. Pricing & Payment All prices are displayed in EUR and are inclusive of applicable VAT where required by EU law. Solayne Store Europa is registered for VAT in Germany (USt-IdNr.: DE453000509).

4. Shipping & Fulfillment Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Products are fulfilled by our trusted international fulfillment partners and shipped directly to you. Shipping costs are included in our product prices — no surprise fees at checkout. What you see is what you pay.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier disruptions, or external factors beyond our control. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched via 17track.net.

5. Returns & Refunds We offer a 30-day return policy in accordance with EU consumer rights. Items must be unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

We cover all return shipping costs — no cost to you.

For damaged or defective items, contact us immediately upon receipt with photo or video proof and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and approving the returned item, in line with EU regulations. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at hello@solaynestoreeuropa.com.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers) As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason. We cover return shipping costs for all withdrawal returns — no cost to you.
