🚚✈️ Our Transparent Shipping Promise

We believe you have the right to know exactly what you're paying for.

At Solayne Store Europa, we believe honest pricing means being transparent about shipping costs.

Instead of secretly building shipping costs into our product prices and then advertising "Free Shipping," we prefer to show you the actual shipping cost for your specific order.

Our shipping calculator automatically calculates available shipping rates based on your destination, product, package and available carriers, allowing you to see the shipping cost before completing your purchase.

You can then review the available shipping options and choose the one that works best for you.

Why do we do this?

Because we believe:

Product price should reflect the product.
Shipping price should reflect the shipping.

We don't believe customers should pay an inflated product price simply so a store can advertise "Free Shipping."

We believe transparency, honest pricing and informed choice are better for our customers.

No hidden shipping costs. No artificially inflated product prices. Just transparent pricing and the freedom to choose your shipping option.

It's convenient and nice to be able to feed on time~

The product arrived quite quickly. It's functional because we have a cat and we leave food and dinner for it when we have to go to the office.

I was using a timer device called icook sold in Korea, but I needed a two-prong one so I bought it directly. However, this one is much better.
The timer sound is almost silent (you can hear it if you hold it close to your ear) and it's white, so it's neat.

The downside is that when I took out the internal utensils for washing dishes, I noticed that the tip was quite sharp. If your dog or cat has a sharp tongue, they might hurt themselves while taking out the internal utensils. I'm going to try to gently adjust it.

As described

Great

Nice.....

The basic function of the product for feeding was sufficient. I just wish the software's Japanese language support was properly implemented!

The camera quality is good, the microphone is good, and you eat well too. The only concern is that your meals are delayed, which makes the time spent worrying seem pointless.

I have a pointer and it doesn't work. But the system seems great to me, so I will buy another one.

good automatic feeder with a timer.

It works well, thank you

Arrived very quickly. Just like the picture. It’s simple, works on a regular aa battery and it’s great for a one pet household. Do notice that once it’s open, it will stay open. The timers setting is very slight so there might be a 30 mins delay and it will keep turning as long as the battery is in.

Works properly, well made

Arrived within the specified time, good materials, thick and resistant, well packaged. Very easy to install and program, possibility to program 9 meals with various food doses. My cats have enjoyed it and so have I. Highly recommended for those who spend several hours outside the house and do not have the opportunity to take care of their friends during the day.
