Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the product(s) ordered. Before placing your order, use the shipping rate calculator on any product page (scroll below the product images) to see your exact shipping cost before adding to cart.
⚠️ Important — Heavy & Oversize Products: Large items such as cat trees, whelping boxes, playpens, and pet strollers are subject to higher shipping costs due to their size and weight. Additional shipping charges may apply. Always check the shipping calculator before ordering.

Customs & Import Duties Some products ship from our international warehouses. For orders within Germany and the European Union, VAT is included in the product price and collected at checkout (USt-IdNr.: DE453000509). No additional tax charges will apply upon delivery for EU customers. For orders outside the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Track your order at 17track.net.
Returns & Free Returns We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Contact us at info@solaynestoreeuropa.com or hello@solaynestoreeuropa.com with your order number to initiate a return.
EU Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht) In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, EU customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order without giving any reason. Refunds Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
