2. Products We reserve the right to limit the sale of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. Product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display product colours and images as accurately as possible, though slight variations may occur.
3. Pricing & Payment All prices are displayed in EUR and are inclusive of applicable VAT where required by EU law. Solayne Store Europa is registered for VAT in Germany (USt-IdNr.: DE453000509). Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other methods available at checkout.
4. Shipping & Fulfillment Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Products are fulfilled by our trusted international fulfilment partners and shipped directly to you. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the product(s) ordered.
⚠️ Important — Heavy & Oversize Products: Large items such as cat trees, whelping boxes, playpens, and pet strollers are subject to higher shipping costs. Always check the shipping calculator on the product page before ordering.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier disruptions, or external factors beyond our control. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched via 17track.net.
5. Returns & Refunds We offer a 30-day free return policy in accordance with EU consumer rights. Items must be unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

We cover all return shipping costs — no cost to you.
For damaged or defective items, contact us immediately upon receipt with photo or video proof and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and approving the returned item, in line with EU regulations. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at info@solaynestoreeuropa.com or hello@solaynestoreeuropa.com.
6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers) As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU. To exercise this right, please use our EU Withdrawal Form at: https://solaynestoreeuropa.com/pages/eu-withdrawal-form or notify us at info@solaynestoreeuropa.com. We cover return shipping costs for all withdrawal returns — no cost to you.
In addition to the statutory 14-day right, we voluntarily extend our return window to 30 days as part of our customer satisfaction commitment.
7. Intellectual Property All content on this website, including images, logos, and text, is the property of Solayne Store Europa and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability Solayne Store Europa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
