4. Shipping & Fulfillment Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Products are fulfilled by our trusted international fulfillment partners and shipped directly to you. Estimated delivery times are:

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier disruptions, or external factors beyond our control. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
5. Returns & Refunds We offer a 30-day return policy in accordance with EU consumer rights. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. For damaged or defective items, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photo or video proof. To initiate a return, contact us at hello@solaynestoreeuropa.com. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, in line with EU regulations.
6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers) As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason. To exercise this right, notify us at hello@solaynestoreeuropa.com. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
